As Event hire take orders from third parties, they previously experienced problems when orders were returned from customers such as loss of items and damages. TLG helped solve this problem as the RFID tags, which is on all our linen, can give Event Hire accurate results when items are returned to TLG. Due to the tags being scanned when sent out and returned, this allows us to see which items belong to which order and if any are damaged, the invoice can be sent straight to Event hire to pass onto the correct customer.
